  • Improve the Calibration and Measurement Capability by upgrading the calibration facilities;
  • Continuously improve the calibration service and the effectiveness of management system by adopting standard practices;
  • To enhance customer database through efficient services;
  • QM ensures continually improving the effectiveness of Quality System by setting measurable and achievable Key Performance Indicators as below:
Customer feedback - 85% for 2022
Customer Complaints - less than 5
Issue of Certificate - without any error 90 %;
Delivery of instrument after calibration - mostly within a week;
Enhancement in the scope -At least one parameter in every cycle;
Risk and Opportunities- monitoring on continuous basis;
