Quality Policy
NECTL, Guwahati is committed to delivering standard quality services through its Laboratory Management System, in compliance with its Quality Manual.
— Maintain impartiality and confidentiality in every laboratory activity, as documented in NECTL/FF/01.
— Produce reliable calibration results by complying with recognised standards of practice and statutory requirements, to achieve total customer satisfaction.
— Provide accurate results through trained personnel familiar with the Quality Manual and its associated documents.
— Comply with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and continually improve the effectiveness of the management system.
— Remain competent, impartial and consistent in all activities performed by the laboratory, at all times.
